“Cooking from the Books” with Chef Greg: Dinner Demo based on Soframiz


The off-season is in full swing! We're excited to bring back Chef Greg's "Cooking from the Books" series on Tuesday evenings. Invite some friends to get out of the house and reserve spots to watch Chef Greg prepare an artfully crafted and locally sourced meal. This evening's demonstration will feature Chef Greg's interpretation of recipes from Soframiz.


Persian Style Carrots with Black Eyed Peas

Green Apple Fattoush

Tomato, Walnut, and Pomegranate Salad

Chicken Shawarma

Tahini Shortbread with Hot Chai

Ticket includes demonstration, dinner, gratuity and & 1 drink ticket. Cash bar.
