Supper + Cooking with Chef Greg


Explore all that makes Nantucket so special this time of year, especially in the kitchen!  Limited to 12 people, join Chef Greg for this unique dining experience - learn about your meal and enjoy the chef's table in the private dining room of the culinary center. Hands-on optional, aprons provided!

Bartlett Farm Arugula Salad with Heirloom tomatoes and citrus vinagrette
Roasted Salmon (with secret sauce), baby fingerling potatoes and seasonal vegetables
Chocolate Mousse
