Tender (Loin) is the Night with Sarah Leah Chase

Description

Summer is for sun, fun and spending time with friends and family. Join Sarah Leah Chase as she teaches us how to prepare the perfect tenderloin and pair it with an array of interesting side dishes. Once you learn these tips and tricks you will love inviting guests over for dinner all year-round!

What to Expect: During the Tender (Loin) demonstration, you will get the chance to meet Sarah Leah Chase, caterer, cooking teacher, and prolific writer whose books—including The Silver Palate Good Times Cookbook (as coauthor) and Nantucket Open-House Cookbook—have over 3.4 million copies in print. In this demonstration, Sarah draws from her memories of growing up in Connecticut and Maine; her experience living and cooking on Cape Cod; and her extensive travels meeting farmers, fishermen, and chefs.

Menu:

Start with PROSCIUTTO-ENROBED FIGS with ROSEMARY and GORGONZOLA DOLCE and MARINATED MELANGE of MEDITERRANEAN OLIVES

Entree is a SLOW ROASTED BEEF TENDERLOIN with BASIL PARMESAN MAYONNAISE SMASHED POTATOES and Nantucket CORN PUDDING.

Enjoy a CAESAR SALAD with ROASTED TOMATOES and CRISPY PANCETTA

Dessert: CHOCOLATE AMARETTI TORTE
