Join us for 'Tiki Talk' a visual adventure that takes you through the history of Polynesian- themed restaurants and drinks, from their inception in 1933 through our day, tracing the movement from Los Angeles to New York. Jeffrey's private Tiki menu collection that has been shown around the country will be included in the presentation.
Classic Tiki drinks will be served such as Trader Vic's Mai Tai, the Zombie, and the Singapore Sling. Hawaiian, Chinese and Polynesian inspired dishes to compliment.
Jeffrey is celebrating his 43rd year in the wine and spirits industry. His education began in Paris where he tasted and studied the great wines and spirits of France. Two years later, Jeffrey was appointed U.S. Representative for all the wine growers, shippers and cooperatives in Alsace, France, a position he held for 18 years. He then worked in New York City from 1993 til 2011 working in Communications for great brands such as Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray, Hennessy, Grand Marnier, Ciroc, Belvedere, and 10 Cane Rum.
