Four week nutrition program that will empower girls to build strong bodies and healthy minds. Each class of this 4-Week series will include a short nutrition lesson around nutrition and body image, combined with a healthy do it yourself cooking lesson.
All classes will be lead by Registered Dietitian, Kathleen Minihan.
Classes are cumulative, but can be taken separately.
For girls 6th - 8th grade.
