Building A Vegan Cheese Board


Elegant and thoughtful cheese boards are always a crowd favorite and can make any gathering feel extra special. Join Chef Lauren D'Agostino for a demonstration on how to build a vegan cheese board and make your own nut cheese. Chef Lauren will explain her simple method to create a beautiful cheese board using plant-based ingredients, and how to think seasonally or with a theme when planning your cheese board. She will also demonstrate two of her signature superfood mocktails and teach her mixology formula so you can unleash your creativity and craft a signature drink of your own!

About Lauren: 

Lauren D’Agostino is a private plant-based chef, intuitive cooking coach, and speaker sharing simple strategies for fast + flavorful plant-based cooking. She teaches clients her signature intuitive cooking methods to encourage and support cooks of any level in the first few steps of their transition to a plant-based diet. Inspired by her work as a professional vegan chef, the global consciousness shift, and her own transition into living a plant-based life, she is guiding others to create lasting habits by incorporating more plants, both on and off the plate.
